Season eight of American Idol has been running on FOX since January 2009 with over 30 million viewers. The final performances wil be on 19 May, with the finale on 20 May. Previous American Idol success sorties include first season winner Kelly Clarkson, Clay Aiken, Jennifer Hudson and North Carolina's Chris Doughtry. This current season has a few great guys left for the final month, including Danny Gokey, Anoop Desai,
Kris Allen, Matt Giraud and of course the lovely gay Adam Lambery - the cutest smile on prime time television. I do love them all, but this feature is on Adam, so let's get to it. It is great that, however, the show is
still hosted by the guy most Americans would like so see in the nude, Ryan Seacrest (producer of Bromance stars Brody Jenner and Frankie Delgado). This year's judges panel includes Paula Abdul, Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson and recent addition Kara DioGuardi.
Lambert, like so many male celebs is a Los Angeles native who, as you surely are aware, is currently a finalist on American Idol. As wel as being in Jazz bands, Adam has been acting since he was 10. He was actually an understudy for the musical, Wicked and since 2004 he has been performing at the Zodiac Show (created by Pussycat Dolls' Carmit Bachar) and the Upright Cabaret.
Adam sang the Queen song Bohemiam Rhapsody for his Idol audition in San Fransisco and he was
actually criticized for being too theatrical, but nonetheless he progressed to the Hollywood phase, where he sang the Cher hit Believe. He made it in to the final 36 and the rest, you should know already if you watch any television!
As for the question of whether Adam Lambnert is gay, it looks like he is not avoiding the issue like Clay Aiken (who eventually came out on the cover of People magazine). I need to find a source, but I have it on good authority that Adam has confirmed the photographs kissing are of him and there is
apparently a YouTube video where he declares that kissing girls is 'not his thing'. Is it naughty to hope some cheeky sex tape if
revealed with this young eyecandy frolicking in the nude with some unsuspecting fan?
