Patrick Dempsey, born 1966 in Maine, is an actor who started out in the late '80s who is best known for his role as Dr Derek Shepherd aka McDreamy, a neurosurgeon in the medical TV drama Grey's Anatomy. He has also had a few film roles in Freedom Writers, Enchanted, Made of Honor and The Emperor's Club. I think the first major role Patrick had on televison would have been in Will & Grace as Will's (Eric McCormack) sports presenter who hasn't come out yet. Damn I miss Sean Hayes (Jack). He later guested in Once & Again, winning an Emmy. Dempsy went on to have bigger roles in Sweet Home Alabama alongside Reese Witherspoon and as Detective Kincaid in Scream 3 (the sequals were getting a bit shit a this point though). I feel he is best in Enchanted (Disney film but anyway...) where he does the McDreamy thing perfectly. Last time I watched Patrick on the big screen he was in Made of Honor with actor Chris Messina who has yet to do a nude movie scene.

What inspired me to feature heartthrob hunk Patrick was of course the scenes in Some Girls where we get to see him completely nude with an execellent view of his penis. Well whatever is there; bring in the dick fluffers. But this guy has something hypnotic about his look that makes me want more of him on screen. So it is worth checking out 1997 movie The Escape for some good shots while he is making love.
