Simon Baker
Simon Baker (Denny) is an Australian actor of both the TV screen and the big screen movies who is best known for playing Patrick Jane in the CBS television show The Mentalist. Having won or been nominated for a number of presigeous awards including those from the Australian Film Institute (2000), Logie (1993 and 2004) and Golden Globe in 2002, Baker has appeared in a number of movies and TV dramas that many have enjoyed.
Some highlights of his career include Heartbreak High, The Guardian, Home and Away, E Street, The Devil Wears Prada, The Lodger, L.A. Confidential (As Matt Reynolds) and Mose Wanted.
Did you know...Simon was a top sportsmen, competing at state level in surfing and water polo, starting to act in the late 1980s?
Baker is now married to Aussie actress Rebecca Rigg who I believe he met in a pub while still dating another woman. Apparently, fellow Aussies Nicole Kidman and Naomi Watts are godparents to a couple of his children (source: Wikipedia quoting David Letterman's Late Show).
In my opinion, Simon appears to enjoy being nude as do so many Australians. Even back in 1999 he was filmed showering naked alongside similarly sexy fellow actors Marcus Graham and Ben Mendelsohn in Secret Men's Business. Although it was a while before he stripped on screen again. In Book of Love (2004) Baker attempted a full frontal when he removed his underwear while undressing with his wife in the bedroom and we do get a clear view of his backside. More recently, in Sex and Death 101 (2007) Simon gives us a great shot of his rear while dreaming. He also bared his butt in the big movie The Devil Wears Prada in 2008.
A day in the life of 10 women, including a porn star, a bartender and some call girls; that's the movie Simon starred in for 2009 that received excellent ratings on IMDB, which also included hot Joseph Gordon-Levitt. You may also have caught Baker in the lead role of jack Bishops in Not Forgotten and crime horror The Lodger.

Latest News on Simon Baker
The Mentalist is still going strong and going down a treat in the UK on Channel Five. The fame thing is working and Simon has secured a role in a Doug Liman film Fair Game for 2010 with Sean Penn and Naomi Watts. We can only hope that Baker will strip for a nude scene in The Killer Inside Me (also 2010) in the thriller with Casey Affleck.
